Refund policy

Future Pak Ltd Returns Policy

Effective Date: 1st October 2023

Thank you for shopping at Future Pak Ltd. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your
satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to
help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to notify us of any items you would like to return, from the date you
received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and
in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, a 20% handling & re-stocking charge will be deducted from any refund
made (unless the goods were damaged when delivered). we will initiate a refund to your original
method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your
card issuers policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item per our return
policy, and place a new order for the item you desire.

Delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your
refund.
